ObjectDataSource on aspx page to call WebService Methods

I have a simple web service with select method

I have a web app with reference to the webservice
while I configure the objectdatasource I can see the webservice Type but when i choose it , none of the methods is showing.

how can I make objectdatasource use the webservice methods ?
