Can i use Geneva server as a ticket/token-server for Thawte certificates?

I'm about to create an desktopapplication that will communicate with some webservices. To authenticate to the webservice i must use an SAML 2.0 ticket from an ticket/token-server that we will hold in our own organsiation. We get the rootcertificate (Thawte) from the organsiation that holds the webservices.

Can i make this with "former" Geneva suite?
