Currently, we want to select WIF as a solution to manage users access and SSO for our several websites.(These websites are based on a bus of WCF services), but I can't find any information about WIF should or should not support OpenId or in the future, which will be supported or not. Because we want to support OpenId for our web sites.

As of beta 2, WIF doesn't support OpenID. I wouldn't hold my breath in hopes that it gets added by RTM either, but it may for all I know. You can find a way to use WIF w/ OpenID on Matias Woloski's blog: http://blogs.southworks.net/mwoloski/category/openid/.

In related news, Jorgen Thelin gave a status update on the Live ID OpenID Tech Preview a month ago:

The Production release of Windows Live ID's OpenID Provider (aka "Out-bound OpenID") support will look significantly different from the CTP version, so we are in to process of closing the CTP endpoints to avoid any confusion.

Currently we do not have a schedule that I can publicly share for when we will be releasing full Production support of OpenID for Windows Live ID users, but rest assured we are actively working on providing OpenID functionality to all our 500+ million Live ID users!
