This is the exception i am getting ......

Im My machine i am having VS 2005 & frame work 2.0 , framework 1.0 & j# 2.0 Redistributable .

These frame work and redistributable came along with studio 2005.......

After this i installed a Programme with a prerequiste of .net Frame work 1.1 .4322(Redst)

when ever i tried to open application it's giving error..........

can any body plz do the need full......
