Not working unless there is a BreakPoint

Hi,
Am seeing strange behavior on my outlook programming.Am calling a function which populates data from DB and creates some buttons on outllok tool bar.
This function is running fine if i put a break point in that function.Other wise it is not showing up the results.

Strange Behavior: After running code if i clear off output window results it is showing results.

By the way am using Debug.WriteLine in my code.

Does any one faced same kind of behavior.Let me know
