Debug Build works but Release Build stops at "Generating Code..." and CPU is at 99%

I have a project/solution that is able to build completely in Debug mode, but when I switch to Release Mode, the build appears to "hang" at with the following message - "Generating Code..." and the CPU is at about 99% utilization.

The project was provided to me and it appears that the *.proj file, etc. were used from another project. If you would like to see the contents of the project file (*.proj), I can post it.

Thanks
Ernie

Delete your bin and obj folders and try again. If it still doesn't work, post the contents of that file.
