How to retrieve SQL Binary data

Dear All

I stored a Microsoft document (*.doc) file into SQL Database 2005/8 and want to retrieve the data and show it,
someone help me on this, what steps should I consider for this scenario.

you can serialize the Word file and store it in the database and deserialize it while retreiving.
