NET CLR Networking does not show real data

Hi All,

Am dealing with some .net socket applications. My 1st query is when should
we see this "NET CLR Networking" performance object available on a system, i
mean after installing which component of .net., for 32x or 64x
systems.

If I ran one c# socket application(server on one machine and client on the other), I could see NET CLR
Networking instances but could not see any data exposed, all counters shows
0.
