I'd like to integrate my application with TAPI and VoIP in a way that it could be used in small callcenters. I've been giving a look in Bing but there are serveral things, like TAPI 3.x, RTC Client, VoIP ... etc... I've seen that somethings are not in Vista and WS2008, but RTC Client is not really TAPI, and I don't know if they have PBX capabilities.

I'd like to get calls, make calls, transfer calls, identify the caller, work with a external phone o even call with the computer... and if would be possible videoconference.

What should I use?
