Framework light version

Doe anyone know if a light version of tyhe 3.5 SP1 framework exists and is available for deploying VSTO (excel 2007) add-ins?

Sorry for the delay, forum alert seems fail to remind me.

.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 already includes ClientProfile, see: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/86bkz018.aspx#ClientProfile

As for your deployment concern, the .NET Framework Client Profile is only 25MB in size, you can change the prerequisites targets in setup project, here is a tutorial for more information: http://blogs.msdn.com/vsto/archive/2009/02/02/best-practices-for-deployment-with-visual-studio-2008-sp1.aspx

You may consider using Microsoft .NET Framework Client Profile: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=992CFFCB-F8CE-41D9-8BD6-31F3E216285C&displaylang=en , which is the subset of features and functionality needed for the installation and distribution of .NET Framework Client Profile for client applications.

Does VSTO requires Framework 3.5 SP1? at this time, after I've published my addin it seems its arround 210Mb ???????

all suggestions concerning deployment and limit the size are more then welcome!!
