Help: Any .net application crashed

Any .net application meet the exception as:
System.BadImageFormatException was unhandled
Message: Could not load file or assembly 'ConsoleApplication1.exe' or one of its dependencies. 试图加载格式不正确的程序�?br>
.net framwork 3.5 is installed on windows xp sp2, and i have tried reinstall framework many times.
