Problem with .net Framework2 for xpe

Dear All,

I am working with a panel PC withOS Xpe with service pack-2. I hv downloaded XPE_.NET20_SP3_x86_ENU.exe to install .net framework-2 for XPe. During Installation it has given message "Cannot connect to database-Please check the database. Setup cannot continue.". Now i didn't get that which database it wants to connect.

Can someone guide please.
