Click Start > Run > M:\Temp\CPS45_EN_W2K3x64\Support\DotNet20\NetFx20SP1_x64.exe
After accept the License agreement i am getting Setup error.
Not sure where to get the log file for the problem.
Appreciate for any pointers.

    Do you have your operating system in M drive? The short answer will be no so why are you trying to install a file in the Windows folder the.NET frameworkin your M drive? So point your installer to your C drive and rerun setup again.
