Iam trying to install my printer on my system. I have a new Dell studio, I am running Win7 Ultimate. I get a message to install net Framework version 2.0 however when I download ad try to install I get a message that it is already installed. I am at a loss. My printer works but I cannot use the toolbox for scanner, I need to scan and convert to PDF. I can only do this with the tool box.
