Are there any issues around running the configuration services with domain accounts? We are using sql server mirroring to handle failover of sql server should a server go down, but is seems that you cannot connect to a mirrored database with a sql server account. Users are mirrored between databases, and it simply will not maintain a connection when you fail over, unless you use domain accounts.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

I am not aware of any issues here; you would need to change your connection string to config databasein config files to use a trusted connection; and also (possibly)want to make a modification to the Repository Create tool.
