How to locate Live Server URL

I want to access a website that is hosted by the server.
How do i find Live Server URL from the client pc?
The Live Server URL allows you to view the website
The Live Server URL also states the directory of the specific file.aspx in the server
How do i find Live Server URL from the client pc?
