Do you see topics which could use a blog post?

Hi All,

I was recently speaking with our Support team, and they have a blog at

http://blogs.msdn.com/distributedservices/. They are looking for topics to blog about, so I thought I would ask here ?do you have a scenario that is not documented well? Is there a particular topic that you could use some more information on? Something that just doesn’t make sense to you? Here is your chance, all you need to do is send me an e-mail or posts a reply here, and the team will take a look at it for a new topic. I cannot guarantee that all suggestions will end up becoming posts, but they will get to all of the suggestions that they can.

Thanks,

Ed Hickey

It would be better if MSMQ is also included.

A comprehensive explanation of the complete life cycle of the message right from the time when the client calls the operation to the time when the result is obtained by the client would be very useful for people to understand the extensibility points that are available. At least i havent seen such an explanation anywhere. Sorry if there is already such a thing available. Something similar to an ASP.NET page request life cycle that shows how the http.sys(iis6) listens to requests and picks them up and how asp.net pipline processes the requests and stuf liek that. I know i am talking about an entirely different technology here but just like how an asp.net request lifecycle understanding helps a developer to make decisions on which event to write the code into, such an explanation for WCF might help demystify the extensibility points available.

I would be interested in the Authentication service, and it's use with silverlight. Can it be used for anything else? xbap? etc...
